Covid-19 Update June 2022

We would like to thank you for your continued support!
We are pleased to welcome you back into the practice. We still ask that you telephone upon arrival, you are welcome to either wait inside the reception or remain in your car. Should the waiting room be busy, the reception team may ask you to remain outside until your appointment time (A staff member will come out to get you). We are continuing to work in this way in order to reduce congestion in the waiting room. Due to the small consulting rooms, we appreciate the wearing of a face mask during the consultation. If you prefer, you may remain outside throughout your visit and a staff member will see you in the car-park.
Repeat prescriptions and food orders
Our reception team will call you when your order is ready and to arrange a collection time. Again this is to avoid reception becoming too crowded.

Ordering repeat prescriptions & food

We are now accepting orders via email. Please email

Please provide your surname, pets name, first line of address, name of medicine/food and quantity required. Please allow at least 48 hours notice for us to process your request. Our reception staff will call you to take payment and arrange a collection time once it has been authorised by the veterinary surgeon. (If preferred, you can still telephone and speak to a member of the team).
