In order to provide a full 24 hour service for our clients we have partnered with Vets Now in Barnet - a dedicated service that provides expert emergency care. They are the pet equivalent of an accident and emergency service that is available to our clients 'out of hours'.
What does this mean for me?
There is no change to our normal opening hours. We will continue to provide you and your pet with the highest standard of veterinary care. Should your pet fall ill after we are closed, simply telephone us on 01895 633600 and listen carefully to the instructions provided on the answer-phone message. The message will provide you with information on how to contact VetsNow in an emergency.
In-patients
Pets that are already in our hospital or are admitted before we close and require full-time care outside of our opening hours, will be referred to VetsNow for hospitalisation. It is your responsibility to arrange transportation of your pet.
