Ordering repeat prescriptions & food

We are now accepting orders via email. Please email ardenhouseorders@gmail.com

Please provide your surname, pets name, first line of address, name of medicine/food and quantity required. Please allow at least 48 hours notice for us to process your request. Our reception staff will call you to take payment and arrange a collection time once it has been authorised by the veterinary surgeon. (If preferred, you can still telephone and speak to a member of the team)

At Arden House we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of all individuals.We use closed circuit television (CCTV) images and audio to provide a safe and secure environment for employees and for visitors to our practice. We also use audio recording systems for our phone lines.

This notice explains our practices regarding call recording and CCTV useage

Call Recording
 We may record telephone calls for the following purposes:
 1. Training : To improve the quality of customer service
 2. Quality Assurance:  To monitor service standards and compliance
 3. Security: For fraud prevention and safety during calls
 
CCTV 
 We use CCTV at our premises for:
 1.Security:  To protect employees, customers and property.
 2.Safety:  To monitor health and safety practices.
 3.Crime Prevention:  To deter theft and other criminal activities.

CCTV images are not to be retained for longer than necessary, taking into account the purposes for which they are being processed. Data storage is automatically managed by the CCTV digital records which overwrite historical data in chronological order to produce an approximate 28-day rotation in data retention. Provided that there is no legitimate reason for retaining the CCTV recordings (such as for use in disciplinary and/or legal proceedings), the images will be erased following the expiration of the retention period. All retained CCTV recordings will be stored securely.

In order to provide 24 hour care throughout the festive period, we are working with VetsNow to ensure your pets have the best possible care.

In the event of an emergency during our opening hours (listed above), please call your usual Arden House surgery and you will be advised of what to do next.
