Our Out of Hours Emergency Provider

To provide our clients and their pets with access to veterinary care 24 hours a day, we have partnered with Vets Now High Wycombe, a dedicated out-of-hours emergency service providing expert care when our practice is closed.

Vets Now is the pet equivalent of an Accident & Emergency service, offering emergency assessment, treatment, and hospitalisation for pets outside of our normal opening hours.

What does this mean for me?

There is no change to our usual opening hours. During our normal opening times, we will continue to provide you and your pet with the highest standard of veterinary care.

If your pet becomes unwell when we are closed, please telephone us on 01895 633600 and listen carefully to the instructions provided on our answerphone message. This will provide you with the information needed to contact Vets Now in an emergency.

About Vets Now High Wycombe

Vets Now High Wycombe provides dedicated emergency veterinary care for pets and works closely with us to help ensure continuity of care when we are closed.

Their team includes experienced emergency vets and nurses who specialise in critical care and emergency medicine. They have access to excellent facilities, including the diagnostic and treatment equipment required to manage a wide range of urgent and emergency cases.

When should I contact Vets Now?

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to decide whether your pet's condition is an emergency. The most important thing is to stay calm and seek advice.

If we are closed and you are concerned that your pet may need urgent treatment, please telephone us on 01895 633600 and listen carefully to the instructions provided on our answerphone message. This will provide you with the information needed to contact Vets Now in an emergency. Their team will ask you about your pet’s symptoms and help you decide how urgently your pet needs to be seen.

In some situations, they may advise that your pet can safely wait until we reopen. They are also able to provide advice over the phone to help guide you on the best course of action.

If your pet needs emergency care, Vets Now will provide the necessary treatment and will communicate with us to support your pet’s ongoing care.
